Research topic: Development of super hydrophobic packaging materials based on paper and other cellulosic substrates
Xue received her Bachelor and Master of Pulp and Paper Engineering from Tianjin University of Science & Technology, Tianjin P.R. China. She joined BioPRIA in 2015 as a PhD student and currently working under the supervision of Professor Wei Shen and Dr. Warren Batchelor on BAMI project 2 – Super hydrophobic and super oleophilic paper for liquid and food packaging.
